My Office Manger booked this off of web reviews and based on price - I don't know why this is only a 2-Star Hotel, it had everything that I needed, was a great room at a great location for business in the area, clean, and an overall great experience for under $100.00 a night (exact total was less than $80 on a weeknight). The choices ranged from about $60.00 a night up to $150.00 in the area, and this was definitely the best price for a first rate of hotel. They should have more stars! I plan on staying there every time I have business in the area!

My friend & i stayed here for 6 nights. Very comfortable nights. the beds were clean, mattresses fab & after a long flight very inviting. The staff are all so friendly & helpful, taking us to the nearby mall & collecting us after a good days retail therapy. We enjoyed our breakfast, although typical american fare, we were advised a full english is being introduced soon for lucky future visitors. I would not hestitate to recomend the Ontario inn to friends or family, some of our party stayed at other more expensive hotels in the area & didn't get the level of service we enjoyed. Well done management & staff from a frequent traveller who appreciates good customer service... you all delivered service with a smile.. Thank you all.. Kathy Tolley... uk traveller

I came down for 4 weeks of consulting and so I spent some time online researching the best place to stay and I was not disappointed! In terms of value the $60/night rate is 10/10 - here's why: new memory foam bed (very restful sleep), fridge (with freezer), microwave, complimentary wifi (which works well), complimentary bottled water, complimentary parking, new 40 inch flat screen with DirectTV HD HBO, Stars,
service: I was moved to a quieter room without a problem (traffic noise from I-10), they don't have an airport shuttle (yet - they are working on it) - so the staff offered to give me a lift to ONT airport ! (very friendly and helpful staff)
I am very satisfied there is no better place to stay for value - I've confirmed another 5 night stay !

We travelled over 24 hours from the UK to get to Ontario, Ca, so you might say we were just grateful to have somewhere to sleep!!However the staff were always friendly and courteous. We never had any complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms. The swimming pool was a fun addition to our trip , and generally there was a lot of interaction at the poolside with other guests. The breakfast was typical american stodge, ie everything appeared to have sugar in it....but that's no slur against the hotel...there were some attempts at fruit....i think, but the ridiculous variety of muffins and passionfruit and guava juice were much more appealing!! Although i wouldnt say there's particularly much to see in this neck of the woods, because you definitely need transport to get around Ontario- this hotel was surrounded by loads of others, close to loads of fast food outlets and very close to some freeways?!(well this is america)
we came for a teen conference and we all enjoyed our stay - would definitely stay at the hotel again

I flew in to the Ontario Airport, but my luggage never made it. When I checked into this hotel, the young man at the front desk asked me how my day was so far and I briefly explained my situation. I mentioned the meeting I had the following morning and wasn’t sure if my luggage would make it as the airline had said. This young man asked me if there was anything he could do to assist, he directed me to a few malls, so I would be prepared for my meeting incase my luggage did not arrive in time. By the time I had settled into my room, the young man called to see if everything was satisfactory with my room. Before hanging up, he informed me that he had a list of stores with directions to stores that would fix me up for my meeting.
I was fortunate that this young man had done the “homework” for me and all I had to do was pick out a few things at the store. This saved me a lot of time (considering I had never been to Ontario before) to finish off some last minute paperwork. It’s great to know that there are still people out there that believe in great customer service. This young man represented the level of hospitality you can expect at the Ontario Airport Inn.

I took my son to the California Speedway in Fontana for the big NASCAR races during the Labor Day weekend. I found this hotel, while driving down the I-10. It's difficult not to notice the big burgundy sign with "59.95" posted. The staff at the front desk were really accommodating, and my son loved the cookies at check-in. He also loved the big flat panel HDTV in our room. The rooms with the bigger HDTV were a little more, but well worth it. After a long day at the tracks, the Tempurpedic beds felt really relaxing. The rates were very reasonable, considering they offered so much, even a delicious breakfast......We loved the waffles ! This hotel definitely offers a GREAT DEAL and the BEST VALUE !!!!!!!!!!!

Liked — Location, price, no extra charges for internet usage and free breakfast
Disliked — bed too comfortable, i didn't want to get out of bed
