Smoking:   Guests will incur a $200.00 cleaning fee if smoking in non-smoking room.

Pet Policy:   Pet must be 15lbs or less, and a $15 daily charge will be incurred. Extended stay rates do not apply. 1 pet per room allowed. Contact the hotel directly to inquire about designated pet rooms. 

Identification
:   Guest must provide valid ID and Credit Card upon check-in, showing proof of 21 years of age or older. Credit Card holder must be present at time of check-in with corresponding identification. 

Online Payment: First night's credit card authorization (Room Stay) will be required for all online reservations as a guarantee. Cancellation must be at least 24 hours before arrival date to avoid a 1 nights room and tax penalty charge.
